You may have experienced some downtime today due a fibre line that was hit by Metro Fibre and their civils team KSN.

The Link Layer fibre line has been hit on Ocean Drive, affecting customers in Salt Rock.

Our civils team is actively working at the Elaleni site today and you may experience a drop for about 15 minutes. We apologise for the inconvenience.
